Prices:

Prices can be found in a separate Canadian price List. They are FOB Surrey, BC warehouse and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes are extra.

Payment Terms:

 Invoices may be paid cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or applied to your open account on approved credit.

Open Account Terms:

 Net 30 days. Accounts past due will be charged interest of 2% per month (24% per annum). If an account is more than 30 days past due, all shipments will be sent COD plus an amount to be applied to any outstanding charges. Failure to keep your account current could result in cancellation of open account privileges.

NSF Cheques:

A service charge of $25.00 applies to any returned NSF cheque.

Deliveries:

 Orders will be shipped according to buyer's instructions, whenever practical. In general orders received by 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day.

Claims:

Damaged, broken or lost items are the responsibility of the carrier and all claims must be made with the carrier immediately.

Returns:

 A Returned Goods Authorization is required before returning any merchandise. No reasonable claim will be refused. However we reserve the right to charge 20% for restocking the merchandise returned for credit unless item is defective or shipped in error. All returned goods must be shipped prepaid.

Annual Returns:

Annual returns must be received at 27487 - 55TH Ave. Langley, BC V4W 3Y1 by October 1. Obsolete discontinued, used and any item deemed not saleable can not be accepted. The 20% restocking charge applies. This may be waived if an offsetting order for twice the amount of the returned goods is sent at the same time.

Warranty:

All products supplied are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship, subject to manufacturer's terms.
