Terms & Conditions (Policy)

Prices:

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars They are FOB Langley, BC warehouse and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes are extra.

Payment Terms:

Cash or Cheque on approved credit accounts. 2% Service Fee is applicable on all credit card transactions.

Open Account Terms:

Net 30 days. Accounts past due will be charged interest of 2% per month (24% per annum). If an account is more than 30 days past due, all shipments will be sent COD plus an amount to be applied to any outstanding charges. Failure to keep your account current could result in cancellation of open account privileges.

NSF Cheques:

A service charge of $25.00 applies to any returned NSF cheque.

Deliveries:

Orders will be shipped according to buyer's instructions, whenever practical. In general orders received by 2:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day.

Back Orders:

We are proud of our low back order rate. Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped with your next order (unless otherwise agreed). Back orders are shipped freight collect.

Claims:

Damaged, broken or lost items are the responsibility of the carrier and all claims must be made with the carrier immediately.

Returns:

A Returned Goods Authorization Number is required before returning any merchandise.

If items are returned without the proper authorization then the shipment will be refused upon delivery.

We reserve the right to charge 20% for restocking the merchandise returned for credit unless, item is defective or shipped in error.

All returned goods must be shipped prepaid within 10 days of authorization. Please note :Honda parts are time sensitive therefore a special time frame may be given for return.

Notify us immediately if you have received an incorrect Honda Part, ie: Electric Parts, Starter Motors and Carburetors may not be returned for credit.

Shortages and Shipping Damages:

All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the goods. In the case of damaged shipments, indicate "damaged" when signing for the package and call us immediately for further instructions. Keep the original carton and damaged merchandise for possible inspection.

Warranty:

All products supplied are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship, subject to manufacturer's terms.

Force Majeure:

Celtic Distributors Ltd. shall be under no obligation to perform any contract when performance is prevented by fire, strike, labor dispute, war, embargo, transportation delay or failure, material shortages, supplier default, government intervention or act of God or for any other cause beyond the control of Celtic Distributors Ltd.

Parts Country of Origin:

Celtic Distributors Ltd. carefully selects vendors in America and overseas that share our commitment to high quality. All products, foreign or domestic, are subject to the same rigorous quality standards. Whenever possible, Offshore made items are labeled individually as to the Country of Origin. Certain small items cannot be individually labeled and therefore the bag or box is labeled instead.
